The Court does not endorse any programs.  The following programs are available in the community to support families going through divorce, separation, or custody issues.



ADDICTION SERVICES (CRC – CLERMONT RECOVERY CENTER) 

Addiction Services Link

Cost: Sliding fee scale & accept many insurance plans including Medicaid 

Target Audience: Group, Family and Individual Counseling. 

Qualifying Factors and Services: All services begin with registration and assessment. Open access hours Mon, Tues & Thurs 8:30 am – 2:30 pm, Wed 8:30 am – 6:00 pm and Fridays 9:00 am – 11:00 am. Referral and Consent release info form.



BEECH ACRES PARENTING CENTER 

KINSHIP CONNECTIONS

Assistance for grandparent, aunt, uncle or another relative, taking care of a loved one’s children full-time. Parent Enrichment Program - The Parent Enrichment Program provides comprehensive support for the “whole” parent, through a variety of proven and evidenced-based methodology to help parents reach their goals



CAREGIVER SUPPORT GROUP PARTNERSHIP

Cost: No fee 

Target Audience: Caregivers of all ages in all situations are welcomed 

Qualifying Factors and Services: The Clermont County Board of Developmental Disabilities is hosting a monthly Caregiver Support Group. The group meets the fourth Monday of every Month and is held at the West Clermont HealthPlex from 5:30 – 7:00 PM. For every adult who attends, West Clermont HealthPlex is donating a free week-long family pass. Registration is not necessary. CHILD FOCUS

Parent Education Services – Home Based CPST

Cost: may be billed to Medicaid or directly to the parents $80-90 an hour

Target Audience: Parents and children

Qualifying Factors and Services: Provides community psychiatric supportive treatment services in the home setting. Referral form needed. Families or services providers may call directly to refer.

Target Audience: Parents and children

Qualifying Factors and Services: Provides parents with assistance in coordinating their child’s needs within the educational system. Families or services providers may call directly to refer.


Community Resources Access

Cost: may be billed to Medicaid or directly to the parents $80-90 an hour

Target Audience: Parents and children

Qualifying Factors and Services: Assists parents in accessing and utilizing natural support systems in the community. Families or services providers may call directly to refer.


Triple P Parenting Seminars

Cost: Free

Target Audience: any parent/caregiver of children aged 3-12. Parents/caregivers of younger or older are still welcome and encouraged to attend.

Qualifying Factors and Services: The seminar covers Positive parenting; Raising confident, competent children; Raising resilient children. Each family receives a Triple P Seminar Series Tip Sheet corresponding to the seminar they are attending. Held last Thurs of each month from 4 pm – 5:30 pm. Registration not necessary. Call 513-752-1555 ext. 5073. Babysitting is not provided.



COUNSELING AND COOPERATIVE PARENTING CENTER OF OHIO

Cost: Initial session is $140 for 60 minutes. Individual session is $110, Family/Marital session is $140 

Target Audience: Individual, Family & Group Qualifying Factors and Services: Release form required. Their services include Child Supervised Visitation, Parenting, Co-Parenting after Divorce, Shoulder II Shoulder Men’s divorce group ($30 per week or $160 upfront for all sessions; Saturdays 11:00 am – 12:30 pm), Drug/Alcohol Dependency, Child Behavioral Issues, Relationship Issues, Depression/Anxiety/Trauma/Crisis/Grief, Group Therapy. 



FERNSIDE 

Cost: Non-profit organization; No fees are charged to participating families 

Target Audience: Grieving Children, Teens and adults Qualifying Factors and Services: The nation’s second oldest children’s grief center. Numerous programs for children and teens ages 3-18. Evening, School, Camp and phone consultations.



GREATER CINCINNATI BEHAVIORAL HEALTH SERVICES

Anger Management 

Cost: $280 paid in full at the time of registration. Self-pay only, Insurance not accepted and no sliding scale

Target Audience: Adults 

Qualifying Factors and Services: This is a six-week class held in the Amelia or Milford office depending on room/space availability and alternating approximately every 12 weeks. There is no longer a ZOOM option due to the pandemic. In person only. They must use Court referral form and register. It is mandatory that the first class is attended (if missed then the client will be required to re-register for another group), no refunds on registration fee.  The class is geared towards those who would like to learn or improve anger management skills. No assessment necessary. Court referral form required, referrals will need to bring photo ID.

ONLINE PARENTING CLASS

Cost: Courses are by the hour. 4 hour Parenting Class - $24.95, 8 hour Parenting Class - $49.95, up to 52 hour Parenting classes - $199.95 and Co-Parenting & Divorce class 4 hour - $24.95, 12 hour - $69.95

Qualifying Factors and Services: Simple sign-up and self-paced. Prepared by licensed professionals, Letter of Completion and free proof of Enrollment.



OSU EXTENSION OFFICE – NUTRITION CLASSES

Free monthly nutrition classes for the community continue to take place 10-11 am the last Monday of the month in Room 103 at the Clermont County Department of Job and Family Services, 2400 Clermont Center Drive, Batavia, OH  45103.

SMART RECOVERY

Cost: Free (donation requested) Registration required for online services

Target Audience: Support individuals who have chosen to abstain, or are considering abstinence from any type of addictive behaviors (substances or activities), by teaching how to change self-defeating thinking, emotions and actions; to work towards long-term satisfactions and quality of life.

Qualifying Factors and Services: Website provides self-empowering addiction recovery support groups. Offers 4-point program

TALBERT HOUSE

Fatherhood Project

Cost: Free

Target Audience: Men

Qualifying Factors and Services: This program assists men in their efforts to become responsible, committed and nurturing fathers. Helps dads to strengthen their connection and involvement in the lives of their children. Provides classes, co-parenting and individual coaching, and fellowship support meetings. Additional services include legal, employment and housing assistance. 10 week Nurturing Fathers class, certificate upon completion. Cost: There is a free plan (Website Only). Essentials plan (mobile apps included) is $6.00 per month and Ultimate Plan is $27.00 a month both come with a free 30-day trial. Includes unlimited access to PDF records. 10% discount on printed records; and access to the iPhone and Android apps. Premium has 50GB storage, 120 monthly minutes of in-app accountable calling and call transcripts.
