Kathleen McPhillips Rodenberg began her tenure as Judge of Domestic Relations Court on January 2, 2011. She has extensive legal experience spanning 28 years. In addition to the private practice of law in Batavia and Cincinnati, Judge Rodenberg has served as a Magistrate in both Clermont County Domestic Relations Court and Clermont County Municipal Court.
Judge Rodenberg is a past president of the Clermont County Bar Association She has served on a number of boards including Clermont Counseling Center, MRDD, Senior Services, and CASA for Clermont Kids (Court Appointed Special Advocates).
Judge Rodenberg received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Cincinnati in 1979 and her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Law in 1982. She resides in Pierce Township with her husband Clermont County Sheriff A.J. “Tim” Rodenberg. They have two adult sons, Nick and Brad.
